How To Meditate Outside
Meditation keeps us in the present moment, where life really takes place. This calms us, keeping us out of fight or flight mode. It also clears our minds of all the noise and junk that’s thrown our way so we can make room for further clarity and more authentic thinking. This will help to facilitate stronger decision making.
Getting outside can greatly accelerate your ability to cultivate a true present moment. Although meditation and reflective “pause” moments can be enjoyed within your home (or any other indoor space), spending time in nature can amplify the positive effects even more so. Plus, it’s an opportunity to connect with nature. Since we are nature, when we connect with it, we’re also connecting with ourselves.
