Deep down, everyone strives to find the fulfillment of their own potential and abilities. When you’re physically, emotionally and mentally operating at an optimal level, you’ll naturally feel good from the inside out and embody your authentic self. But often we get stuck in negative thinking, are overcome by doubt and lose hope that peace and joy are on the horizon.

I’ll guide you to bring mindfulness into your daily life in order to create new habits, so you can release stress, balance emotions and develop more positive pathways of thought. The framework for this is teaching habits by way of ritual, which gives purpose to decisions and actions and fosters self-discovery, which is the gateway to self-love.

My coaching focuses on the mind and body because of their reciprocal effect on each other. When we are physically ill, it affects our mental state. When our mental state is suffering, it affects our physical body. But when we care and nurture both, we get better overall results.

One-on-One Coaching:

Individualized coaching sessions are tailored to your particular needs. We’ll begin our journey together with a 90-minute deep-dive session, so we can get to the heart of your unique situation, determine the best route for removing obstacles that are holding you back and implement strategies that will get you where you want to go.

After we have a clear understanding of what you’d like to achieve, we’ll break it down into simple and easily approachable steps. Goals will be set based off what you are willing to do, not what you “should do.” With each success, we build from there.

Depending on your needs, we’ll continue working together with 60-minute, one-on-one sessions either weekly or every other week. Email support is provided in between sessions, so that you feel continuously held during this process and we can address any issues that may arise.
