Even while reaching new heights, New York City’s up-and-coming real estate broker, Reni Baez, deep down inside knew that her career success wasn’t going to make her authentically happy. The work was not in alignment with her beliefs and values, and that was beginning to eat away at her heart. She knew she had more to offer, and she wanted to celebrate all that she has to give. 

Reni took bold steps and walked away from a career she had started at the age of 16. With gusto, she jumped onto her true path: helping others be their best. And by bringing all her gifts to the table, she lives a balanced life that’s full of love and joy.
